Italian flowers is recipe of ordinary samosa with a twist !! main ingredients used are corn, oregano leaves and mashed potato. Carrot and cucumber spread gives a little more hint of yumminess along with veggies! i learnt this dish from my college friend!.

  • 1/4 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1/4 pinch Ajwain
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Oil
  • As required water to knead dough
  • As required For making of inside stuffing
  • 1/4 cup Corn
  • 1/4 cup Boiled and mashed potatoes
  • 1/4 teaspoon ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 Finely Chopped Onion
  • 1/4 Finely chopped carrot
  • 0.13 Finely chopped capsicum /bell pepper
  • 1/4 Finely chopped tomato
  • As required Chopped coriander leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon Dry Oregano leaves
  • 1/4 tablespoon Funfood's Carrot and cucumber spread
  • 0.13 cup Grated Cheese
  • As required Salt
  • 1/4 pinch Black pepper powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon Butter
  • As required oil i to fry the stuffed flowers
