125 g Pasta(conchiglie) boiled
100 g Boneless chicken
1/2 Tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
1/2 Tbsp Chopped garlic
1/2 Pieces Small onion chopped
1.50 Tbsp (Puree) red tomato
1/2 Tsp Chilli flakes
To Taste Salt
As Required dried basil
As Required Pasta cooked water
1 Tsp Finely chopped red bell pepper
As Required For Ganishing grated mozzarella
Directions: Italian Chicken Conchiglie #ChickenRecipes #FEM5K
STEP 1.In a fry pan add half teaspoon oil saute half tbsp garlic add chicken(1inch cut) add some salt and toss until well cooked.
STEP 2. Set the chicken aside.
STEP 3.Now add rest of the oil and saute half tbsp garlic, then add onions, red bell pepper, salt . Saute until the onions turn golden.
STEP 4.Add Tomato puree, dried basil, chilli flakes, and cook until the sauce thickens.
STEP 5.Add sauted chicken and 2 and half tbsps of pasta cooked water. Mix and cook until the sauce reaches a thick consistency.
STEP 6.Add pasta and cook for just 2 to 3 minutes.
STEP 7.Garnish with grated cheese. Serve Italian chicken conchiglie hot.
