  • 1 cup Dahi and 0.5
  • 2 Lehsan cloves
  • 1.75 As required Namak tsp
  • 1 Pyaz medium
  • 4-5 Lehsan cloves
  • 2-3 tablespoon Hara dhania
  • 1 Bread slice
  • 1/2 kilogram Beef mince
  • 1 teaspoon Paprika Powder
  • 1 teaspoon Dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon Kali mirch powder
  • 1 teaspoon Jeera powder
  • As required Cooking oil for frying
  • 2 tablespoon Cooking Oil
  • 2 tablespoon Tomato paste
  • 2 Tamatar blanched and pureed large
  • 1/2 teaspoon Lal mirch crushed
  • 1/2 teaspoon Kali mirch crushed
  • 1 As required Water Cup
  • As required Naan
  • 1-2 tablespoon Makhan

How to Make Iskender Kebab Recipe

STEP 01

In a bowl,add yogurt,garlic,salt,whisk well and put aside.

STEP 02

In a chopper,add onion,garlic,fresh coriander,bread slice & chop well.

STEP 03

Add beef mince,paprika powder,dried oregano,black pepper powder,cumin powder,salt & chop till well combined.

STEP 04

Spread cling wrap on an operating surface,add 0.5 amount of mince mixture,wrap & roll it and tie the perimeters and let it freeze for six hours or nightlong.

STEP 05

Remove cling wrap and take skinny slices.

STEP 06

In a skillet,add vegetable oil and fry slices from each side till golden brown.

STEP 07

In a pot,add vegetable oil,tomato paste,mix well and cook for a second.

STEP 08

Add tomato puree and blend well.

STEP 09

Add red hot pepper crushed,black pepper crushed,salt,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.

STEP 10

Add water,mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes & put aside.

STEP 11

Cut naan into diamond form items.

STEP 12

In a skillet,add butter and let it soften.

STEP 13

Add naan items and coat & toss well till cooked.

STEP 14

In a pan,add butter and let it soften & put aside.
