Ingredients for Irish Moss Recipe

  • 113 gram irish moss
  • 1/4 cup isinglass
  • 2 tablespoon flax seeds
  • 3 cup Water
  • 1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
  • 1/4 teaspoon Ginger
  • 2 teaspoon Vanilla
  • 1/2 cup Oatmeal
  • 1/2 cup condensed milk
  • 1/2 cup unsalted peanuts
  • 1-2 No.s ripe bananas

Directions: Irish Moss Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1. wash and soak the irish moss for 12 hours. add irish moss, isinglass, flaxseed and water in a pot.

step 2

  • STEP 1.bring it to boil and lower the heat. allow it to simmer for 30 minutes.

step 3

  • STEP 1. cool it and freeze. blend the frozen irish moss with the remaining ingredients.

step 4

  • STEP 1.add water if required and serve chilled.
