Cooking Tips

  • Make sure to fully cook the corned beef before adding it to the filling mixture.
  • You can use leftover corned beef or cook it specifically for this recipe.
  • If you don't have an egg roll wrapper, you can use spring roll wrappers as a substitute.
  • To make the egg rolls healthier, you can bake them in the oven instead of frying. Brush them with oil and bake at 400°F for about 15-20 minutes, or until crispy.

Storage and Serving

  • Irish Egg Rolls are best served hot and fresh.
  • If you have leftovers, store them in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
  • To reheat, place the egg rolls in a preheated oven at 350°F for about 10-15 minutes, or until heated through.
  • Serve the reheated egg rolls with a side of mustard or dipping sauce.
