Ingredients for Irinjalakuda special Pesaha Appam Recipe
0.08 cup Rice flour
0.17 cup Sugar
As required Salt
3/4 cup Coconut milk
Directions: Irinjalakuda Special Pesaha Appam Recipe
Cooking Directions
STEP 1.Take a bowl and add ½ cup rice flour. Gradually add 1cup coconut milk and mix well. Make sure there are no lumps in it.
STEP 2.Take a deep bottom pan and heat it. Add coconut milk, prepared mix of rice flour and 1 cup sugar. Mix well.
STEP 3.Stir it continuously in medium flame. It will take about 40-45 mins.
STEP 4.When the mixture becomes non-sticky, turn off the flame.
STEP 5.Pour the mixture to a steel plate and spread it evenly.
STEP 6.Allow it to cool down. Cut into desired shape and size.
STEP 7.Pesaha appam is ready to be served.
