Ingredients for Irinjalakuda special Pesaha Appam Recipe

  • 0.08 cup Rice flour
  • 0.17 cup Sugar
  • As required Salt
  • 3/4 cup Coconut milk

Directions: Irinjalakuda Special Pesaha Appam Recipe

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl and add ½ cup rice flour. Gradually add 1cup coconut milk and mix well. Make sure there are no lumps in it.
  • STEP 2.Take a deep bottom pan and heat it. Add coconut milk, prepared mix of rice flour and 1 cup sugar. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Stir it continuously in medium flame. It will take about 40-45 mins.
  • STEP 4.When the mixture becomes non-sticky, turn off the flame.
  • STEP 5.Pour the mixture to a steel plate and spread it evenly.
  • STEP 6.Allow it to cool down. Cut into desired shape and size.
  • STEP 7.Pesaha appam is ready to be served.
