Take a bowl and add ½ cup rice flour. Gradually add 1cup coconut milk and mix well. Make sure there are no lumps in it.
Take a deep bottom pan and heat it. Add coconut milk, prepared mix of rice flour and 1 cup sugar. Mix well.
Stir it continuously in medium flame. It will take about 40-45 mins.
When the mixture becomes non-sticky, turn off the flame.
Pour the mixture to a steel plate and spread it evenly.
Allow it to cool down. Cut into desired shape and size.
Pesaha appam is ready to be served.
