  • 1/2 Medium Potatoes, Boiled And Mashed
  • 0.13 cup Green Peas
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 0.13 teaspoon Garam Masala
  • As required Salt To Taste

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and saut茅 until golden brown.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a minute. Then add mashed potatoes, green peas, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Remove from heat and let the filling cool down. Take samosa wrappers and fold them into a cone shape. Fill the cone with the potato mixture and seal the edges with water.
  • STEP 4.Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the samosas until golden brown and crispy. Serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
