Ingredients for Intant rava dosa Recipe

  • 0.17 cup rava
  • 0.17 cup Rice flour
  • 0.08 cup maida
  • 0.67 tbsp Curd
  • 0.83 cup water
  • to taste Salt
  • 0.08 cup Finely chopped onion
  • 0.67 tbsp Finely chopped green chilles
  • 0.08 tsp jeera
  • 0.08 tsp Black pepper
  • 0.67 stems Finely chopped curry leaves

Directions: Intant Rava Dosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a bowl
  • STEP 2.Add all 3flours , salt
  • STEP 3.Add water , mix well
  • STEP 4.Make sure there's no lump left.
  • STEP 5.Keep aside for 15-20 mins
  • STEP 6.So that suzi absorb water.
  • STEP 7.Than add rest veggies n spices
  • STEP 8.Mix well.
  • STEP 9.Add water if needed
  • STEP 10.Consistency should be very running.
  • STEP 11.Heat pan
  • STEP 12.Sprinkke some onion on it.
  • STEP 13.Sprinkle batter on it.
  • STEP 14.Spread oil at corners
  • STEP 15.Cook it n serve it.
  • STEP 16.Can be served with coconut chutney.
