Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine 1 cup of wheat flour and 1 cup of rice flour.
  • STEP 2.Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Gradually add water and whisk until you get a smooth batter.
  • STEP 4.Heat a non-stick pan and pour a ladleful of batter onto it.
  • STEP 5.Spread the batter in a circular motion to form a thin dosa.
  • STEP 6.Drizzle some oil around the edges and cook until the dosa turns golden brown.
  • STEP 7.Flip the dosa and cook for another minute.
  • STEP 8.Remove from the pan and serve hot with coconut chutney or sambar.
