Ingredients for Instant rice flour dosa Recipe

  • 0.67 cups Rice flour
  • 0.33 tbsp Chopped curry leaves
  • 0.33 tsp Cumin
  • 0.33 tsp Sugar
  • as required Salt
  • 0.33 tbsp Ginger
  • as required hee as required
  • 1 tbsp Chopped coriander leaves
  • 0.08 cup Buttermilk
  • 0.08 cup Fresh coconut
  • 0.17 tbsp Chopped Green chillies

Directions: Instant Rice Flour Dosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Grind together coconut & ginger.
  • STEP 2.Mix this with remaining ingredients except ghee.
  • STEP 3.Add water & make thin lump free batter.
  • STEP 4.Rest it covered for 10 min.
  • STEP 5.Heat a tawa.
  • STEP 6.Gently pour batter over hot tawa.
  • STEP 7.Smear ghee allover.
  • STEP 8.Cook on high flame till crisp.
  • STEP 9.Serve hot.
