Aam panna is a refreshing summer drink made with raw mangoes. Arefreshing indian beverage drink recipe made with raw, sour and tender mangoes and additional spices for additional flavours. it hails from the western india or particularly from the marathi cuisine and is made and served during the summer season for its heat resistant features. typically it is served as chilled with ice cubes toppings in it, but can be served with tap water.

Ingredients for Instant Raw mango juice or panna Recipe

  • 1/2 g Raw mangoes
  • 0.13 cup jaggery sugar / jaggery/sugar/brown sugar
  • A Few leaves Few mint
  • A Handful leaves few fresh coriander
  • 1/4 Pieces Lemon juice
  • 0.13 tsp Black salt
  • 0.13 tsp Black pepper powder
  • 0.13 tsp Roasted cumin powder

Directions: Instant Raw Mango Juice Or Panna Recipe

  • STEP 1.First wash,peel and chop raw mangoes and add in a blender jar along with mint leaves, coriander leaves.
  • STEP 2.Next to add cumin powder, black pepper powder,black salt and squeeze lemon juice.
  • STEP 3.Now add sugar / brown sugar or jaggery sugar or jaggery to the blender jar and blend well.
  • STEP 4.Now add as required cold water and pour in serving glasses.
  • STEP 5.Raw mango juice is ready to be serve.
