Ingredients for Instant Rava Dosa Recipe

  • 1/2 Cup Rava (samolina)
  • 1/2 Cup rice flour
  • 1 Tsps spoon maida
  • A Few finely chopped green chillies
  • As Required rated ginger
  • 1/2 Teaspoon tbs jeera
  • As Required Finely chopped coriander leaves
  • As Required Finely chopped curry leaves
  • As Required Asefoetida
  • 1/2 Tbsp spoon curd
  • To Taste Salt

Directions: Instant Rava Dosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.- In a bowl mix all above mentioned ingredients and water as required.
  • STEP 2.- Let it settle for half an hour
  • STEP 3.- Heat a dosa pan, pour dosa batter and cook it by applying oil.
  • STEP 4.- Crispy dosa is ready 😋
