  • STEP 1.In a mixing bowl, combine ragi flour, semolina, yogurt, and water to make a smooth batter.
  • STEP 2.Add ginger paste, green chili paste, salt, and lemon juice to the batter and mix well.
  • STEP 3.Grease a dhokla plate or a steamer tray with oil and pour the batter into it.
  • STEP 4.Steam the dhokla for about 15-20 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.
