Ingredients for Instant ragi dosa Recipe

  • 1/2 cup Ragi flour
  • 0.13 cup Wholewheat flour
  • 1/2 tsp Chopped Green chillies
  • 0.13 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/2 tbsp Chopped curry leaves
  • 1 tbsp Chopped cilantro
  • as required Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Cumin
  • as required Oil

Directions: Instant Ragi Dosa Recipe

  • STEP 1.Mix everything in a bowl except oil.
  • STEP 2.Add water & make a thin batter.
  • STEP 3.Cover & rest for 10 min.
  • STEP 4.Heat a tawa & grease well.
  • STEP 5.Gently pour batter allover hot tawa.
  • STEP 6.Pour some oil & cook on med. flame.
  • STEP 7.Once roast remove & serve hot.
