Ingredients for Instant Potato Chips Recipe

  • 2 Pieces Potatoes
  • As Required Oil
  • 0.13 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Chat masala powder
  • 0.17 tsp Red chilli powder
  • 1/2 A Pinch A pinch of turmeric powder

Directions: Instant Potato Chips Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take potatoes, wash and slice them with the help of a food slicer.

  • STEP 2.Transfer this into a bowl, add water and wash it properly.

  • STEP 3.Leave for 5 - 6 minutes and strain the potatoes.

  • STEP 4.Dry them with the help of a cloth.

  • STEP 5.Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.

  • STEP 6.When it turns crispy, remove from oil and drain it on an absorbent paper.

  • STEP 7.Take salt, turmeric, chat masala and red chilli powder in a bowl, add fried chips in this and mix well.
