How to Make Instant Potato Chips Recipe
Take potatoes, wash and slice them with the help of a food slicer.
Transfer this into a bowl, add water and wash it properly.
Leave for 5 - 6 minutes and strain the potatoes.
Dry them with the help of a cloth.
Heat sufficient oil in a skillet and deep fry these until golden brown and crispy.
When it turns crispy, remove from oil and drain it on an absorbent paper.
Take salt, turmeric, chat masala and red chilli powder in a bowl, add fried chips in this and mix well.
Enjoy instant potato chips.
