  • 2 cup Green peppers
  • 1 tablespoon Ginger Sliced
  • 1 tablespoon Garlic chopped
  • 1/2 cup Onion Sliced
  • 8-10 Prawn,whole
  • 8 ounce Squid cleaned and cut

  • STEP 1.-1)switch on the instant pot and turn to the ‘saute’ setting.

step 2

  • STEP 2.-2)set ‘timer’ to 10 minutes. Press start.

step 3

  • STEP 3.-3)after about 5 minutes the reading will show ‘hot’.

step 4

  • STEP 4.-4)add 3 tbsp oil, 1 tbsp sliced ginger, 1 tbsp chopped garlic and stir.

  • STEP 5.-5)then add 8 oz cleaned and cut squid that has been scored on the inside.

  • STEP 6.-6)add 8 to 10 shelled and deveined tiger prawns.

step 7

  • STEP 7.-7)add 1 tbsp sesame oil, 3 tbsp light soy sauce and mix well together.

  • STEP 8.-8)when the prawns turn pink, take both the prawns and the squid out of the pot and keep aside.

step 9

  • STEP 9.-9)then add ½ cup sliced onions, 2 cups sliced green peppers and stir fry with a wooden spatula till onions are translucent.

  • STEP 10.-10)add the prawn and squid back to the instant pot and mix together for a few seconds.

  • STEP 11.Serve hot .
