  • 1/4 inch Ginger, Grated

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Turn on the Instant Pot and select the saut茅 function. Heat oil and saut茅 garlic and ginger until fragrant.
  • STEP 2.Add in the vegetables and stir-fry for a few minutes until they start to soften.
  • STEP 3.Add the noodles, soy sauce, oyster sauce, and water to the pot. Stir well to combine.
  • STEP 4.Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to manual high pressure for 3 minutes.
  • STEP 5.Once the cooking time is complete, do a quick release of the pressure and carefully open the lid.
  • STEP 6.Give the noodles a good stir and serve hot. Garnish with green onions and sesame seeds, if desired.
