Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Start by slicing the kielbasa into bite-sized pieces and chopping the potatoes into cubes.
  • STEP 2.Turn on the Instant Pot® and select the sauté function. Add a little oil and sauté the kielbasa until browned.
  • STEP 3.Next, add the sauerkraut and potatoes to the Instant Pot®. Season with salt, pepper, and any other desired spices.
  • STEP 4.Pour in some chicken broth to cover the ingredients. Close the lid and set the Instant Pot® to manual high pressure for 5 minutes.
