  • STEP 1.Wash and rinse the rice thoroughly.
  • STEP 2.In the Instant Pot, add the rinsed rice, water, and jaggery.
  • STEP 3.Close the lid and set the Instant Pot to the 'Rice' mode.
  • STEP 4.Once the cooking is complete, allow the pressure to release naturally for 10 minutes.
