  • STEP 1.Start by soaking the green chickpeas in water for about 4-6 hours.
  • STEP 2.Drain the soaked chickpeas and rinse them well.
  • STEP 3.In the Instant Pot, heat oil and add cumin seeds, ginger, and garlic. Saute for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped onions and cook until they turn golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add the soaked chickpeas, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
