  • 0.13 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 cup Water

  • STEP 1.Rinse the lentils thoroughly and soak them for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Turn on the Instant Pot and select the sauté function. Heat oil and add cumin seeds, onions, garlic, and ginger. Sauté until onions are golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the soaked lentils, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Stir well.
  • STEP 4.Add water and close the Instant Pot lid. Set the pressure cook function for 10 minutes.
