This recipe is very unique and healthy too. I have made these vadas adding basic spices and few ingredients. So quick to cook and yummy by taste. Moreover crisp from outside and soft from inside.
STEP 1.First take a bowl. Add suji, curd, salt, kitchen king masala, chilli and mix nicely with hands.
STEP 2.Now add onions, curry leaves and more curd and mix with hands.
STEP 3.Keep mixing with hands to make dough of suji. All ingredients should be nicely mixed. If needed only then add remaining curd. Don't make batter. We want medium dough of suji.
STEP 4.Now heat oil. Add eno in dough and mix nicely again. Take a small ball from suji dough and make a tikki of it. With the help of thumb, press in midway of tikki to make a hole.
STEP 5.Make all vadas like this. Now our vadas are ready to fry. Slide ready vadas slowly in oil pan for deep frying on medium flame.
STEP 6.When one side becomes golden, then flip and cook from other side too.
STEP 7.Now take out vadas from oil and serve hot with ketchup or any chutney of your choice.
STEP 8.Enjoy delicious, quick and healthy vadas.
