  • 0.33 Cup bowl chick pea flour
  • 0.17 Cup bowl Rava
  • 0.33 g bowl yogurt or buttermilk
  • 0.67 g Crushed green chillies
  • 0.17 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • As Required as per taste Salt
  • 0.33 teaspoon Sugar
  • 0.33 tablespoon Ino
  • 0.67 tablespoons Oil
  • 0.17 Tsp Cumin
  • 0.17 Tsp Sesame
  • 0.17 Tsp Sarson
  • 0.67 g long chopped green chillies
  • 0.33 teaspoon Sugar water
  • 0.33 As Required For Ganishing chopped green coriander and dried coconut

Directions: Instant Naylon Khaman Recipe

  • STEP 1.First soak the chickpea flour and flour in the curd. Add sugar, salt and ground green chillies. Add water if needed. Cover and let stand for ten to fifteen minutes.
  • STEP 2.After 15 minutes, add a teaspoon of Eno to the batter, mix well and let it soak in the batter and tin mold for 15 minutes.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a pan and add sarso, cumin, neem, a pinch of hing and sugar water. Spoon the mixture over the khaman.
  • STEP 4.Garnish with green coriander and crushed copra and serve with green sauce or garlic chutney.
