Ingredients for Instant Khaman Dhokla Recipe

  • 1/4 Cup basan(gram flour)
  • 1/4 Tsp n Curd
  • 1/4 Tsp n suji
  • To Taste Salt
  • 1 g reen chillies
  • 2 A Stem Curry leaves
  • 0.13 Tsp backing soda
  • 1/4 Tsp n turmeric powder
  • 0.06 Tsp mustard seeds
  • A Pinch Pinch asafoetida
  • As Required Water
  • 0.38 Tsp n oil

Directions: Instant Khaman Dhokla Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take a Bowl n added basan, Suji, turmeric powder n Salt to taste..
  • STEP 2.Added curd n required water n mix well n make thick better from it.
  • STEP 3.On the Gas flam n put on it stemmers for preheat..
  • STEP 4.Grease plate n pouring better with added baking soda n stir continuously one side..
  • STEP 5.Steam n cover it for 10-15 minutes.. Afterwards check with the help of knife n remove it from steamer..
  • STEP 6.Heat small pan for tadka..
  • STEP 7.Added oil n afterwards added mustard seeds when it was popped than added curry leaves, chilli n pouring it on dhokla..
  • STEP 8.Sprinkle coriander leaves n served hoy..
