Instant jalebis can be made easily at home with limited ingredients. There is no compromise on taste and texture. Moreover they taste same as the market bought ones. They can be paired with milk or rabri.

Ingredients for Instant jalebis Recipe

  • 50 grams Sugar
  • 0.06 cup water
  • 1/2 Pieces Crushed cardamoms
  • 0.13 tbsp Lemon juice
  • a pinch Saffron strands
  • 1/4 cup maida
  • 1/4 tbsp Curd
  • 1/4 tsp Vinegar
  • 1/4 tbsp Cornflour
  • 0.38 cups water
  • 0.06 tsp Baking soda
  • 0.06 tsp Edible color
  • 0.13 kg Ghee

Directions: Instant Jalebis Recipe

  • STEP 1.Heat water and sugar till one string consistency is reached . Add saffron strands and lime juice and switch off flame

  • STEP 2.Add all ingredients except oil and soda and make a pouring batter. See there are no lumps.

  • STEP 3.Add soda and mix well. Pour the batter into a sauce bottle.

  • STEP 4.Heqt ghee in a pan. Pour the batter with sauce bottle in oil and make desired shapes

  • STEP 5.Fry them on medium low heat.

  • STEP 6.When done remove and soak them in syrup for 1 to 2 minutes

  • STEP 7.Yummy jalebis are ready.
