Ingredients for Instant Jalebi Recipe

  • 0.11 cup All-purpose flour
  • 0.11 nos sachet eno
  • 0.06 cup Water
  • 0.22 cups Sugar
  • 0.17 cup Water
  • 0-0.11 nos Green cardamoms
  • As required orange food colour
  • As required Desi ghee for frying

Directions: Instant Jalebi Recipe

  • STEP 1.Tak a bowl add flour and water mix till there are no lumps in it, make sure batter should be thicken not runny. Then add Eno and mix well.
  • STEP 2.Mix orange food colour and Pour into a piping bag.
  • STEP 3.Heat up oil and fry like a jalebi.In anothe wok make sugar syrup with sugar, water and green cardamoms.
  • STEP 4.Cook till slightly thickens. Now add the fried jalebi in the sugar syrup. Dip for 15 to 20 minutes then let them out.
  • STEP 5.Instant Jalebi is ready.
