Ingredients for Instant hari mirch ka aachaar Recipe

  • 83.33 g Green chilli
  • 0.17 cup Oil
  • 0.33 tsp Oil
  • 0.08 cup rai dana / crushed yellow mustard seeds
  • 0.08 cup Lemon juice
  • 0.17 tbsp Turmeric
  • 0.33 tbsp Fenugreek seeds
  • 0.08 tsp Asafoetida
  • 0.67 tbsp Salt

Directions: Instant Hari Mirch Ka Aachaar Recipe

  • STEP 1.Clean , wash and pat dry the green chilli . There should be no moisture.
  • STEP 2.Discard the stalks.n cut as a cheera
  • STEP 3.Take the mustard seeds + oil + salt + turmeric and pulse beat  . [ don’t make it fine , it has to be coarse ]
  • STEP 4.Add this to the green chilli and mix well.
  • STEP 5.Heat 2 tsp oil add the methi seeds and fry till aromatic . [ don’t burn ]
  • STEP 6.Add asafoetida , give a mix and off the flame .
  • STEP 7.Crush it and to the green chilli mixture .
  • STEP 8.Mix well .
