Instant appe Recipe

Recipe By Slurrp

Instant appe is a popular South Indian snack made from fermented rice and lentil batter. These small, round and fluffy dumplings are crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. They are typically served with coconut chutney or sambar. Instant appe is a quick and easy version of the traditional recipe, as it does not require fermentation. It is a perfect snack for breakfast or evening tea-time.
