Ingredients for Instant Amla Chutney ( Gooseberry Chutney) Recipe

  • handful Of coriander
  • 1 Pieces Amla
  • 0.67 g reen chillies
  • 0.17 Inch Small piece of ginger
  • 0.33 tsp jeera
  • 2.67 Pieces Almonds
  • 0.67 tsp Sugar
  • to taste Salt
  • as required water

Directions: Instant Amla Chutney ( Gooseberry Chutney) Recipe

  • STEP 1.Wash the Coriander, Green Chillies, Amla and Ginger and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Slice the Amlas and remove it's seed.
  • STEP 3.In a grinder add Coriander, Green Chillies, Ginger, Almonds, Amla, Jeera, Sugar, Salt to taste and little water and grind it to a smooth paste.
  • STEP 4.Ur Instant Amla Chatpati Chutney is ready.
