Ginger has many medicinal value and help to balance the diet and in digestion. With heavy Onam Sadya treat, Inji Thayir helps stimulating appetite and helps in easy digestion. It's the most simple recipe in the Onam Sadya menu.

  • 1/4 cup Yogurt
  • As required Salt
  • 0.67 tablespoon Grated ginger
  • 1 No.s Finely chopped green chillies
  • 0.33 tablespoon Curry leaves chopped

Preparation Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl add in grated ginger, finely chopped green chillies, curry leaves and a pinch of salt.
  • STEP 2.Mix all the ingredients together and ¾ cup of yogurt.
  • STEP 3.Once again mix all the ingredients and inji thayir is ready.
