Preparation Directions

STEP 01

In a bowl add in grated ginger, finely chopped green chillies, curry leaves and a pinch of salt.

STEP 02

Mix all the ingredients together and ¾ cup of yogurt.

STEP 03

Once again mix all the ingredients and inji thayir is ready.
