Lets make Mint-khas flavor Chilli RASGULLAs.These refreshing sweet Rasgulla has soft and spongy balls made of fresh paneer and chilli and dipped in lahsun Mint and organic khas sugar syrup. Colour are sooo good and you cannot resist have more than one!.

Ingredients for Influenced RASOGULLAs Recipe

  • 1/4 Litre Full cream Cow milk
  • 1/4 Tbsp Lemon juice
  • 1/4 Tsp refined flour(maida)
  • 1/2 Pieces Green chillies roughly chopped
  • 1/2 Tbsp mint chatney
  • 3/4 Sprigs garlic leaves
  • 1/4 Cups Sugar
  • 2 Tbsp Khas syrup
  • 1.25 Cups Water

Directions: Influenced Rasogullas Recipe

  • STEP 1.Make Rasgullas Take full cream cow milk Refrigerated overnight,
  • STEP 2.Remove cream that forms over the milk.
  • STEP 3.Now Heat milk in a heavy bottom pan.
  • STEP 4.Add the lemon mixture gradually, till milk curdles.
  • STEP 5.Shut off the heat and leave mixture to rest for 5 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Drain off water and Wash the paneer under running water.
  • STEP 7.Place a malmal cloth on a strained and pour the PANEER over it and Squeeze it.
  • STEP 8.Wrap well and put a heavyweight on it for 1 – 2 hours.
  • STEP 9.Now Mash paneer very smooth (no grains).
  • STEP 10.Add the maida flour and add fine chopped chillies and mix it
  • STEP 11.Shape the paneer into balls (Remember no cracks,smooth ones, ).
  • STEP 12.In a large and broad pan heat 1 cup sugar and 5 cup water.
  • STEP 13.Add khas sharbat and mint chatney and garlic leaves in the sugar syrup
  • STEP 14.Transfer balls into the boiling water, cover with a tight fitting cover and let cook till puffed up (about 20 minutes).
  • STEP 15.Let cool and Serve chilled or at room temperature
