Ingredients for INDO CHINESE DRAGON CHICKEN Recipe

  • 125 g Boneless chicken breast
  • 1/2 Tbsp Spring Onion for garnishing finely chopped
  • 1/4 Cup Oil for deep frying
  • As Required For marination
  • 1/2 Tsp Dark soya sauce
  • 1/4 tbsp Red chilli paste
  • 1/4 g Egg
  • 0.13 cup All purpose flour / maida
  • 0.06 cup Corn flour / corn starch
  • 1/4 g Ginger garlic paste
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/4 tsp Pepper
  • As Required For sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp Oil
  • 3/4 Pieces Dry red chilli
  • 3/4 tbsp Cashews
  • 1 g 4-5 G
  • 1/4 g Onion
  • 1/4 Pieces Capsicum
  • 1/4 g Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/4 tbsp Red chilli paste
  • 1/4 tbsp Dark soya sauce
  • 0.06 cup Tomato ketchup
  • to taste Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Sugar

Directions: Indo Chinese Dragon Chicken Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take chicken in a bowl, add marination ingredients. Mix well; marinate for 15-30 mins.
  • STEP 2.-Heat oil for deepfrying. When hot, drop the chicken in oil & fry till golden. Drain & set aside.
  • STEP 3.-Now heat 2-3 tbsp oil in a frying pan. Add in dry red chillies & cashews and fry till cashews turn golden brown.
  • STEP 4.-Now add in onions & capsicum ; sauté for a minute & add fresh ginger garlic paste & sauté further for a min.
  • STEP 5.-Now add in red chilli paste, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, salt, sugar and mix well.
  • STEP 6.-Cook this for a couple of mins till the water evaporates and sauce thickens.
  • STEP 7.-Now add in the fried chicken and toss well in the sauce. Add in chopped coriander or springonion and mix well.
  • STEP 8.-Serve hot.
