  • 1/4 tablespoon Ginger Garlic Paste
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Puree
  • 0.13 teaspoon Turmeric Powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Red Chili Powder
  • As required Salt To Taste
  • 0.13 cup Water
  • 1/2 tablespoon Fresh Cream
  • as required Fresh Coriander Leaves For Garnish

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds, cardamom, cinnamon, and cloves. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 2.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  • STEP 3.Add tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Cook until the oil separates from the masala.
  • STEP 4.Add paneer cubes and mix well. Cook for a few minutes until the paneer is coated with the masala.
  • STEP 5.Add water and bring the gravy to a boil. Reduce the heat and simmer for 5-7 minutes.
  • STEP 6.Stir in fresh cream and cook for another minute. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • STEP 7.Serve hot with rice or Indian breads like naan or roti.

Cooking Tips

  • To make the paneer cubes softer, soak them in warm water for 10 minutes before adding to the gravy.
  • You can adjust the spice level by adding more or less red chili powder according to your preference.
