- 10 Nos scallops dried
- 4 tablespoon korean glass noodles
- 1.50 liter Water
- 1 Nos chicken drumsticks
- 1 Nos black fungus
- 2 teaspoon crab meat
- 1 tablespoon shaoxing wine
- 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon corn flour
- 1 tablespoon Water
- 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper
- 1 Nos egg

How to Make Imitation Shark Fin Soup Recipe

STEP 01
Soak shiitake mushrooms, black fungus and Korean glass noodles in water until soft. Add water in a pot and boil.

Then add drumsticks and dried scallops and let them boil at low flame for an hour.

Once cooked remove drumsticks, scallops and shred them.

Add water in a broth and bring it to a boil, add grated drumsticks, shallots, crab. Sliced black fungus and shiitake mushrooms. Add shaoxing wine and boil.

Now add a pinch of salt, pepper followed by dark soy sauce, mix water & cornstarch and add it into the broth.

Now serve with some Chinese black vinegar and some sesame oil.
