Ingredients for Imitation Shark Fin Soup Recipe

  • 2 Nos shiitake mushrooms
  • 10 Nos scallops dried
  • 4 tablespoon korean glass noodles
  • 1.50 liter Water
  • 1 Nos chicken drumsticks
  • 1 Nos black fungus
  • 2 teaspoon crab meat
  • 1 tablespoon shaoxing wine
  • 1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/2 tablespoon dark soy sauce
  • 2 tablespoon corn flour
  • 1 tablespoon Water
  • 1/2 teaspoon White Pepper
  • 1 Nos egg

Directions: Imitation Shark Fin Soup Recipe

step 1

  • STEP 1.Soak shiitake mushrooms, black fungus and Korean glass noodles in water until soft. Add water in a pot and boil.

step 2

  • STEP 1.Then add drumsticks and dried scallops and let them boil at low flame for an hour.

step 3

  • STEP 1.Once cooked remove drumsticks, scallops and shred them.

step 4

  • STEP 1.Add water in a broth and bring it to a boil, add grated drumsticks, shallots, crab. Sliced black fungus and shiitake mushrooms. Add shaoxing wine and boil.

step 5

  • STEP 1.Now add a pinch of salt, pepper followed by dark soy sauce, mix water & cornstarch and add it into the broth.

step 6

  • STEP 1.Now serve with some Chinese black vinegar and some sesame oil.
