Ingredients for Ilishi Mach Bhaja Recipe

  • 2 piece Ilish Fish
  • 1/4 teaspoon Turmeric
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • As required Mustard oil
  • 2 piece Green chilies

Steps To Prepare

  • STEP 1.Wash the fish and marinate with salt and turmeric powder. Set aside for 5 minutes.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat oil in a pan for deep-frying.
  • STEP 2.Add the marinated fish to the oil and fry till they are crispy and golden.
  • STEP 3.Fry two green chillies in the oil for extra zing.
  • STEP 4.Top the fish with 1 tsp of the frying oil and serve with rice.
