  • 500 gram ilish fish
  • 100 gram brinjal chunks
  • 40 gram mustard oil
  • 5 piece green chillies slit
  • 1/4 teaspoon nigella seeds
  • 18 gram Salt
  • 6 gram turmeric powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon Atta
  • 350 gram Hot water

  • STEP 1.Cut and wash the fish.Marinate the fish with turmeric powder and salt

  • STEP 1.Heat a pan with mustard oil
