  • 250 gram Ilish machh
  • 40 gram Mustard seeds
  • 8 piece Green chillies
  • 40 gram Coconut peeled
  • 25 gram Yoghurt beaten
  • 22 gram Salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 20 gram Mustard oil

  • STEP 1.Cut and wash the fish
  • STEP 2.Prepare a paste the mustard seeds with green chilies, salt and water. Blend the paste with coconut
  • STEP 3.In a steel tiffin box with sealable cover, add the mustard paste, yogurt, sugar and mustard oil
  • STEP 4.Add the fish and coat very well. Add green chilies and seal the box. Let it rest it for 15 minutes
  • STEP 1.Heat water in a pan. Place a stand in the bottom and place the tiffin box on the stand as the water comes to a boil.
  • STEP 5.Cover the pan and let it steam for 15 minutes.
