STEP 1.Take tender coconut in a jar and grind it to make a thick a paste.
STEP 2. Take a piece of tender coconut and chop it. Keep it aside.
Cooking Directions
STEP 1.Heat a pan. Add milk and allow it to boil.
STEP 2.Add condensed milk allow it to boil.
STEP 3.Add crushed cardamom and 2 tbsp of sugar. Mix the ingredients well.
STEP 4.Turn off the flame. Add tender coconut paste and chopped tender coconut and stir well.
STEP 5.Roast in a pan 2 tbsp each of shallots, cashews and raisins separately.
