Ingredients for Ilaneer Payasam Recipe

  • 1/4 liter Milk
  • 1/2 Tender coconut pulp coconut
  • 1/4 glass Tender coconut water
  • 0.13 cup Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Condensed milk
  • 3/4 tablespoon Cashew nut
  • 3/4 tablespoon Raisins
  • 1/2 tablespoon Ghee

Preparation Directions

  • STEP 1.Take tender coconut in a jar and grind it to make a thick a paste.
  • STEP 2. Take a piece of tender coconut and chop it. Keep it aside.

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Heat a pan. Add milk and allow it to boil.
  • STEP 2.Add condensed milk allow it to boil.
  • STEP 3.Add crushed cardamom and 2 tbsp of sugar. Mix the ingredients well.
  • STEP 4.Turn off the flame. Add tender coconut paste and chopped tender coconut and stir well.
  • STEP 5.Roast in a pan 2 tbsp each of shallots, cashews and raisins separately.
