Ingredients for Idly. #curd Recipe

  • 0.67 cup Rava / Suji
  • 0.67 cup Curd
  • 0.17 As Required Salt
  • 0.08 cup water
  • 0.33 Packet Eno

Directions: Idly. #curd Recipe

  • STEP 1.Take suji or rava to a mixing bowl.
  • STEP 2.Add in curd,salt and combine well without forming any lumps.
  • STEP 3.Allow to rest for 20 minutes or till sooji absorbs water.
  • STEP 4.Again add littlewater or as required to prepare idli batter consistency.
  • STEP 5.Just before steaming the idlis, add in eno fruit salt nd give a gentle mix.
  • STEP 6.Pour the batter immediately onto greased idli plate.
  • STEP 7.steam them on medium flame for 20 min or till the idli are cooked completely.
  • STEP 8.Finally, serve Idli along with chutney nd sambar..
