  • 2 tablespoon Tomato Ketchup
  • 1 tablespoon Vinegar
  • 1/2 cup Water
  • 2 tablespoon Oil

Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Cut the idlis into bite-sized pieces and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and sauté onions, garlic, and ginger until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add capsicum, cabbage, and carrots to the pan and stir-fry for a few minutes.
  • STEP 4.In a separate bowl, mix cornflour, soy sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, and water to make a sauce.
