  • 1/2 Packet Maggi Noodles
  • 1/2 teaspoon Maggi Masala

  • STEP 1.Cook Maggi noodles as per the instructions on the packet and keep aside.
  • STEP 2.In a mixing bowl, combine idli batter and Maggi masala. Mix well.
  • STEP 3.Heat a greased idli plate and pour a spoonful of the idli batter into each cavity.
  • STEP 4.Place a portion of cooked Maggi noodles on top of the idli batter in each cavity.
  • STEP 5.Cover the idli plate and steam for 10-12 minutes or until the idlis are cooked.
  • STEP 6.Remove the idlis from the plate and serve hot with chutney or ketchup.
