- 1 cup Whole white urad dal
- 2 tablespoon Coriander seeds
- 1/2 cup Sesame Seeds
- 1 tablespoon Asafoetida
- 2 tablespoon Red chilli powder
- 1.50 tablespoon Salt

How to Make Idli Dosai Milagai Podi Recipe

STEP 01
In a hot pan add 1 cup chana dal, 1 cup whole white urad dal and roast on low heat till golden brown. Keep aside.

In the hot pan add 2 tbsp coriander seeds and ½ cup sesame seeds and roast on low heat till seeds are crisp.

STEP 01
Combine the roasted ingredients in the small grinding jar of the mixer grinder and grind to add 1 tbsp asafoetida (hing), 2 tbsp red chilli powder, 1 ½ tbsp salt and blend to make a smooth powder.

Milagai (chilli) podi (powder) is ready. Store in an airtight container.
