STEP 1.First gather all the ingredients given above.
STEP 2.First of all take semolina in pan and rost it nicely.The transfer rosted semolina in plate.
STEP 3.Now add ice cream in pan and put the gas at low flame.
STEP 4.When ice cream is melted then add semolina in pan then mix it nicely and it becomes thick and doesn't stick to pan then off gas stove. Now add 1 spoon rose water and dry fruits(I took almond and cashew) and mix it well.
STEP 5.Now take that mixture out of pan. Take some ghee in hand and rub it with another hand. Now take mold and brush it with ghee and now add that mixture in mold. Now take it out in severing plate. Garnish it with rosted Dryfruits.
