STEP 1.Wash n soak Bashmati rice for 30 mini cook with water n salt strain n keep aside . Boil potatoes mutter n carrot. In a pan add oil heat it n add green chilli and ginger paste. Add chouppedonion salt n suger saute them till it becomes brown colour n smooth .cool it n grind to smooth paste keep aside.
STEP 2.In a non stick pan add gheeadd cumin bayleaf cinemonstick cracle them add grinded onion paste . Saute for 1 mini add capsicum pieces n boiled vegs saute for 2 mini . Add turmeric powder Red mirchi powder garam masala biryani masala cashew nuts n raisins saute them for 2 mini.add salt n mix it.
STEP 3.Add palak puree mix veriwell add basmati rice mix very well n cook for 2 mini for slow fleme.
STEP 4.Serve yummy n tasty Hyderabady Biryani with Raita .
STEP 5.Garnish with cashew nuts n raisins n shredded capsicum
