Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.Clean and wash the goat trotters thoroughly.
  • STEP 2.In a pressure cooker, add the trotters, onions, tomatoes, ginger-garlic paste, and spices.
  • STEP 3.Pressure cook for about 30 minutes until the trotters are tender.
  • STEP 4.In a separate pan, heat oil and fry onions until golden brown.
  • STEP 5.Add the cooked trotters along with the stock and simmer for another 15-20 minutes.
