Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the mutton pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pressure cooker or a deep pan. Add the sliced onions and sauté until golden brown.
  • STEP 3.Add the marinated mutton and cook on high heat until it changes color.
  • STEP 4.Add chopped tomatoes, green chilies, and coriander leaves. Cook for a few minutes until the tomatoes are soft.
