We all know about the south platter which includes idli, sambhar vada hyderabad biryani etc. I made a unique platter with lemon rice, black chickpea stir fry and tomatoes chutney with jaljeera and coconut water.

  • 1/4 teaspoon mustard seeds for each dish

  • 1-1.25 tomatoes boiled and puree

  • 1/4 teaspoon urad lentil soaked
  • 2-2.50 curry leaves
  • 1/4 teaspoon fenugreek seeds
  • 1/4 cup fresh coriander
  • 1/2 cup fresh mint
  • 1 lemon juuce
  • As required Salt and pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
