Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken pieces with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a large pot or pressure cooker. Add whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, cloves, and bay leaves. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add sliced onions and cook until golden brown. Add the marinated chicken and cook until it changes color.
