Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, marinate the chicken with yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
  • STEP 2.Heat oil in a pan and add whole spices like cinnamon, cardamom, and cloves. Saute until fragrant.
  • STEP 3.Add chopped onions and cook until golden brown. Then, add ginger-garlic paste and saute for a minute.
  • STEP 4.Add the marinated chicken and cook until it changes color. Then, add coriander powder, cumin powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
