Cooking Directions

  • STEP 1.In a bowl, mix together ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala, salt, lemon juice, and yogurt to make a marinade.
  • STEP 2.Add the chicken pieces to the marinade and mix well. Let it marinate for at least 1 hour or overnight in the refrigerator.
  • STEP 3.Heat oil in a deep pan or kadai. Once the oil is hot, carefully add the marinated chicken pieces and deep-fry them until golden and crispy.
  • STEP 4.Remove the chicken pieces from the oil and drain excess oil on a paper towel.
  • STEP 5.In a separate pan, heat some oil and add curry leaves, green chilies, and chopped garlic. Saute for a minute.
  • STEP 6.Add the fried chicken pieces to the pan and toss well to coat them with the tempering.
